MCSR is pleased to announce our acquisition of a two-year license for the Amsterdam Density Functional (ADF) software package.  ADF is a high-performance software package that can greatly improve the productivity and research throughput for researchers doing large calculations with density functional theory.   It’s been installed on sequoia and is available immediately.  To get started with ADF on sequoia, check out the sequoia ADF example job in ~bwhopkin/sample_jobs/sequoia_adf_example/ on sequoia, or send inquiries to

The purchase of this two-year ADF license was made possible by NSF research funds.  Many thanks to Dr. Gregory S. Tschumper for securing these funds, and for using them to make this software available to researchers at all Mississippi universities.
